Upgrading 4506 to 4507R question

I have a catalyst 4506 with a Sup II+, two 24-port 10/100/1000 modules (WS-X4524-GB-RJ45V) and two 1300 watt power supplies. I am not going to be using the POE support on the modules.

I need to upgrade the 4506 chassis to a 4507R so I can add a redundant Sup II+ engine.

Will the 1300w power supply be sufficient to support the new chassis and dual sups?

You should be OK.

You should be able to use the command "sh power detail" on the current switch to see what the cards are pulling right now and then base your power budget on that information.
