Reverse SSH

What version is required to uses reverse SSH, I have 12.4 running, not able to find the commands, to enable reverse SSH.

Hi

Reverse SSH has been there since 12.2, but that version required the use rotary group configuation. With 12.3(11)T, there has been enhancements , making the configs simpler.

So in 12.4 :

Example:

line 1 3

no exec

login authentication default --

transport input ssh

Thanks for the information, i have a question the only command that I cannot uses is login authentication default, the version of code that I am running is c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.12.4-1b.

Hi

To have the login authentication default command,

use the below commands:

aaa new-model

aaa authent log default local

user pass

Then you can add the command

login authen def

under the line.
