I have a Vic2-4FXO card installed on a 2811 srst gateway im setting up.
When I dial 9 in fallback mode it doesnt give me a dial tone.
In normal operation it gives me a dial tone after pressing 9, but its not using local router fxo lines.
I've also tried debug vpm command to try to find where the error is occuring, but nothing is displaying on the log.
Any ideas?

wouldn't this do the same thing - "access-code fxo 9" ? i have run into this issue alot myself - not getting dial tone from FXO during SRST.
i have been studying dial peers and voice card config. one more question if you have pots dial peers configured pointing to the FXO and not in SRST will the call route out the T-1 or follow the dail peers.
sorry if this is a hijack.
thanks in advance.

Hi
In mode SRST only working the dial-peer in the router. Delete access-code fxo 9 and create a dial-peer pots with destination pattern 9T and asociate the each FXO.
I suggest to you that change your router to H323 protocol if you are going to using SRST service.
If you want, i will send the config for.

Hi Chris, if you could send the config, I'd much appreciate it. My email is fj553322@yahoo.com
Thanks in advance.
