Solved: snmp ios equivalent catos commands

i am trying to configure a catos switch and need to apply the followng ios commands. is there an equivalent catos command for the following ios commands listed below?

snmp-server location

snmp-server contact

snmp-server chassis-id

There is no chassis-id equivalent since CatOS does not support the OLD-CISCO-CHASSIS-MIB.

set snmp chassis-alias is not a true equivalent. chassis-id was used by management applications (like RME) to get a serial number for the device which was otherwise not obtainable. set snmp chassis-alias sets the entPhysicalAlias for the chassis. While this would allow you "name" your chassis, it will not necessarily be used in the same way that chassis-id was.
