What Cisco managed switch models in the 12-48 port range support port rate settings down to 64kbps, and also in addition to this, what units support intelligent traffic shaping functions? Preferably a unit including some type of GUI would be useful for the above applications also.

The low end 2960 switches are capable of doing advanced qos like rate limiting the traffic to 64kbps and other traffic shaping functions as well.

It can be accessed via a HTTP interface as well

It is available in 8, 24 and 48 ports models

It looks like the 2960 series only supports rate limiting down to 1mbps, making it inadequate for the application.

The next model range up seems to be more suitable.
