hi all,
can anyone tell me what is the meaning of this phrase:
If a Frame Relay DLCI is already assigned to one subinterface, the AutoQoS ? VoIP feature cannot be configured from a different subinterface.

Hi,
it's a Frame Relay DLCI Restrictions
If you already have configured a dlci to one
sub-interface,
you cannot assign auto-qos to another sub-int.

hi,
thank alot for youe help, but i did not understand why you cannt assign auto-qos to anther sub??? if you create another sub interface with a DLCI, on the same phiscal interface, you can apply AutoQos, thats it a new circuit, but are agree with me if you create a new sub with the same DLCI as the old one (thats weared), and you try to make a AutoQos, IOS will tell you that you have to configure AutoQos for this DLCI interface on the orginal subinterface, so plz correct me if i am wrong???

hi
the reason is frame-relay start shapping at the default rate , so u can not shape at default and also use auto QOs on a same interface
use manual conf instead
