Hi Team,
We have recently implemeted Cisco Call Manager with H.323 Gateway and have only a PRI Connection to the PSTN.
The Outgoing and Incoming calls are working fine, but on the IP Phone when we go to directories and then select the calls, we have to manually add the prefix to dial out.
I understand that it can be done using translation rules, I need some help in configuring the translation rule on the router.
We use 9 to dialout of the CCM.
