CUPS1.0.3, how works CCM update to CUPS?

CCM5.0.4, CUPS1.0.3

I enabled UPS and UPC in CCM but not updated to CUPS(not show the users in System > Status). no luck by restarting 'CUPS Sync agent' but works after restart 'CUPS SIP Proxy' service.

Q1) How long should I wait automatic update from CCM to CUPS?

Q2) Do I need restart 'CUPS SIP Proxy' service if I want to immediate update?

From Cisco Unified Presence Server Administration, select Cisco Unified Presence Server Serviceability in the navigation window, and click Go. Then choose Tools > Control Center - Network Services, and select the presence server. In the CUPS Services section, select Cisco UPS Sync Agent, and click Restart
