Outbound Dialer & Import Rule

Hi,

I have a Outboudn Diler installed and every thing seems to be fine. The PG & Pim are active.

I am building a query and tryign toe import the phone numbers in tot eh database. For some reason, it does not look like it is importing anything.

Can some one giveme some directions.

On the server where CampaignManager was installed see log files: c:\icm\[inst]\la\logfiles\, watch files [import_rule_file].err, in this file you can find all bad records while import.

I do nto see this file the only logs realted to Outbound I see are

BAImport

CampaignManager

Hello,

I am not sure whether it is supported to do such imports directly to the database tables. As far as I know, such imports are supported starting ICM 7.0.

I am talking automatic import, not manaul.

What does that mean?

Do you have a simple import rule using an import file that imports rows specified by the definition and then deletes the file or renames it with a .bak extension.

This one is working. it was he location of the file which was causing this.
