CCIe lab : influences of oral questions ?

Hi,

You pass the CCIE lab if you get 80 points. And each question is rated for X points.

The proctor may ask you questions, right ? I would like to know how the answers you give would influence the number of points you get for a question. Either you entered a configuration that meets the requirements or you did not enter a correct configuration. In the first case, you would get X points, in the second case, you should get 0 point. Or may be, if you make a "small mistake", the protcor may ask you a question, and if you give the correct anwer, you would get some points ?

I am trying to understand what to expect from these oral questions.

Any indication would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Navid

There are no oral questions. On the other hand, you could ask the proctor some questions to help clarify a point. That has no influence on your score.

Just confirming another post. There are no oral questions asked by the proctor. There is a CCIE assessor lab on cisco.com that will give you a decent idea of what to expect in the real lab.
