Solved: Unity express license from 25 => 37 mailboxes : which code to order

Hello,

I am looking for the cisco product code to order 12 additional mailboxes on a Cisco Unity Express (CCM) system which has already 25 mailboxes.

Hi Dirk,

Sorry about that, I didn't read your post correctly. You are going to need the 50 mailbox part number;

SCUE-LIC-50CCM=

CUE only looks at the last License that was loaded, so these are not cumulative (as you correctly noted :)

Hello Rob,

So you mean that it is supported that one can compose a package of different licenses :

?cue-vm-license_12mbx_ccm_2.3.x.pkg

?cue-vm-license_25mbx_ccm_2.3.x.pkg

25+12 = 37 ?
