Unable to find SharedConfigNegatIOSRule package

We are in the process of adding new AS5350XM to our network and are configuring CW to support. We are running RME 4.0.5 and followed the instructions from the readme file.

To install the Cisco AS5350 Package, you must install the following dependent packages:

? SharedInventoryRouter.RME40.v1-5-1.zip

? SharedSwimIOS.RME40.v1-11-1.zip

? LibInventory.RME40.v1-11-1.zip

? LibSwim.RME40.v1-8-1.zip

? LibCommon.RME40.v1-3-1.zip

However it appears that RME still requires the following package:

WARNING : AS5350(1.3):Consistency check failed for base package

SharedConfigNegatIOSRule

This doesn't seem to be available on RME Software Download page. I can't find any information on this, could someone please help?

It looks like you are missing some of the RME base packages. This points to a bad installation of RME. I'm guessing this is on Windows 2003. If so, you will need to uninstall then reinstall RME. Before you do the reinstallation, you will need to set your TEMP and TMP environment variables to something short like C:\TEMP, then reboot the server.
