Hi there,
I`ve been told that callmanager ver 5.1 features an inbuilt IVR? Is this correct?
I have a requirement for callers to dial a main number then be given options to contact a receptionist or department or dial a internal number etc...

I don't think so. You will need to add for that purpouse Cisco IP/IVR or, for a bigger deployment, CVP.

Hi thanks for the reply,
can you integrate call manager with an IVR server only, or will an ICM server need to be implemented & integrated too.

Yes,
You can integrate CallManager with Cisco IP/IVR without ICM, in the same way as if you used IPCC Express.
