hi,
i want ask about if it's possible to configure snmp on router for sending trap when there is a modification on his config.
if yes how can i do this.

I think you can do this by using " snmp-server enable traps config " command. This will send the SNMP trap whenever there is a config change.

Configuration change log is notification level.
You can configure router to send syslog traps by using:
logging trap notifications
logging 10.0.0.1
Where 10.0.0.1 is your syslog server or some trap evaluator. Any device you want to send your syslog traps to.
