Hi,
Question from my customer;
"Have you been able to confirm if it is possible for an agent within a hunt group to put themselves on 'busy' to take themselves out of the hunt rather than having to forward to voicemail?"
The customer has opted NOT to go for EM. So I'm not sure of the best way to do this.
Any help appreciated.

This feature was added to CM 4.2, where a user could log themself out of the Hung Group. But the same is not available with CM 5.1, as this version was a migration from CM 4.1(3) - Windows based to 5.x, Linux Based. If you wish you use the Log Out feature you either need to be with CM 4.2(x) or upgrade to CM 6.(x) as 6.x was built based on the features available with CM 4.2

Thanks for your fast response to this! I think I might try and use IPCC. I'll let you know how I get on. May be a month from now.
One further question...
CM 6.(x) ?!?!
