Hello
Can one terminate separate VPN tunnels on an outside logical interface while terminating VPN tunnels on the outside physical interface?

I have not tried it, but I can't see why it should not work. Both logical and physical interfaces are both just software objects. Basically, the difference is that a logical interface has Layer 3 attributes only.
