SNMP NOT RESPOND

Recently I installed CiscoWorks 2000, but right now I have a problem:

1 - Most of my Routers and Switch they have protocol SSH, and the other telnet. 2 - CiscoWorks added in its base of data to the equipment, registers it like Manage, but it says that they do not respond to SNMP.

How I can solve this?

Re-enter the SNMP credentials under RME > Administration > Inventory > Change device attributes after confirming the correct values on the devices that are not responding.

If the strings are known to be correct, check that there is not a firewall or a device with access-lists that are preventing the CiscoWorks server from communicating via SNMP with these devices (SNMP uses UDP port 161).
