Call History Report Issue

I have a cisco router 2811 with Cisco IOS Software C2800NM-SPSERVICESK9-M

Software Version 12.4(3f) / CME 3.3, when i want to check the Call History Report, by http://ipaddress/ccme.html they show me the history report at the moment, but i can't see any call from yesterday or a week or month ago, i can't see calls from the morning, is just in the moment, why is this problem, or i have to enable something, i have no cisco unity just the router 2811 and the version cme 3.3, how can i resolve this issue

Reload the router and see if it fixes the issue. Try to increase the Retained time and see if it makes the changes . Use the command router(config)#call-history-mib retain-timer .
