Cisco 2620 with 64m DRAM 16 Flash Memory

Dear Community

I want to run OSPF Version 3 on my Cisco 2620 router, But I could locate the IOS from Cisco Web Site.

Any body can guide me through?

The least IOS which has support for OSPF V3 (IPv6 routing) for the 2620 is in 12.3(3c) IP plus software.

Unfortunately the requirement is minimum 32MB flash and 64MB DRAM.
