Cisco 800 series

I would like to know if i can use Cisco 800 series router to route two network A and B. Network B is connected to internet and net A should use this connection to go online.

Hi

Well the 800 series are routers so yes if you get the correct model it will route between 2 networks. You need to make sure that you have the right interface on the WAN side.

Hi

Do revert back on what kinda connectivity you have in place at both the ends.

There are difference ways of getting your location talk between them over a public network generally internet.

You can either make use of GRE tunnel between the locations or make use of ipsec tunnels between the locations so that you have encrypted communication between them.

But before that you need to make sure that your boxes are inline with the requirement you have.

You do have IOS/Hardware requirements to be met to have the required features configured in your router.
