Hi all,

I have a 7931G that manage all incoming calls in a dual-line.

When the user wants to transfer a call she press the tranfer button, extension number and transfer button again.

Well, when she does press the transfer button and new incoming call enter before she press again the transfer button, she does lose the focus of old call and only can manage the incoming call.

How can i set the new call to enter without interfere with the old call?
