Problem with CRM connecter client CCM 5.0

When I install CRM connecter client for CCM 4.1 and configure TSP, it work (I see phone line in TAPI configuration)

But I try connect it for CCM 5.0 it not work . I can not see phone line in TAPI configuration( I install TSP 5.0 (download from ccm5.0) and configed it )

version of CRM connecter client is v3.02

Can u help me please
