Audio Message for waiting calls - CME4.1

I would like that callers that cannot be immediately answered to hear a meanwhile audio messaging like, for example: "Thank you for calling, please wait until we can answer your call"

Then look at AA-BACD, use the drop-throug option to send the call to an hunt-group. When all operators are busy, caller will hear MOH.
