Is it possible to have 2 Internet connections to 1 Pix 515e running 7.2(2) code? I'm considering a design where there is a single firewall (only one available) but 2 paths to the internet instead of using 2 Pixs for redundancy. Is this even possible?

As long as you're looking for redundancy and not load balancing then yes, you can do that.

Hi,
If you are lokking for load balancing between two ISP's then this is not a supported feature at this time. The ASA only supports redundant ISP links (if one fails, the other takes over).

how are your ISP's connected to your network? are they T1's? Ethernet drops? Is there any sort of router(s) between the PIX and the ISPs?

Each ISP has a router on site that terminates the T1's. The hand off to me is Ethernet. There are no routers between the Pix and the ISPs routers.
