Hi All,
I have a CCO account.
I have my profile associated with a company.
How do i disasociate my profile?

You should be able to fix that up via "Profile Management":
http://tools.cisco.com/RPF/profile/profile_management.do
If you have trouble with that, selecting "help" under the toolkit section will allow you to open a case with the CCO support folks who can give you more direct assistance.
