VPN LAN2LAN Failure

I have a Concentrator 3020, multiple LAN2LAN connections. It's been working OK for some time now (since before I inherited this position)

Suddenly in the last day, I lose all sessions, reboot, get em back, then lose them all again in about 20 minutes or so.

We have made no changes to the config for months. It does not help that I know practically nothing about this product.

Any advice is much appreciated. TIA

Could you verify whether the Ethernet port is up?

I should have posted earlier. It was an ISP issue, with a bin file in their modem that had corrupted.
