Cisco CallManager and extensions

Dear all,

I am using CCM 4.0(2a). It does not allow me to dial the extension part of phone numbers that have it.

How could I fix this isssue ?

Hi,

Could you please mention clearly as to which is the phone number & which is the extension part of it ?

Also, what happens when you dial extension part of it ? do you get reorder tone etc ?

Hi,

The phone number has 12 digits.

Eg 9 1 302 483 65 78

The extension has four digits.

Eg 1112

When I dialed the phone number of the company,I can listen the instructions from the called party.

But when I entered the extension for an office, nothing happens, you continue to hear the instructions from the called party. I was not able to reach the office's telephone.

I did not get the reorder tone.
