When I attempt to install the CAD software on certain computers, I get an "Invalid Parameter" error after entering the IP address of the Contact Center. Some machines install fine. All are XP SP2.
Check the IE version on those machines? I've seen that come up when using IE7 with a CAD version that doesn't support IE7.
