I keep getting this message when trying to make settings changes. The lock is displayed as unlocked.

what settings do you want to change, can you tell the menu sequence?

what is the ccm version and firmware?

There is another option somewhere else that is stopping you from making the change you want.

For example: You cannot edit the "TFTP Server 1" setting until going down to line 32 and changing "Alternate TFTP" to YES. (or turning off DHCP, I believe...there may be more than one possible prerequisite)
