If the dialpeer have the same preference, this case is default 0. Does that mean the call will be distributed to the two ccms in round robin fashion, meaning one call to ccm1, the other call to ccm2? or the 2nd dial-peer will never used? or the call setup will send two servers sametime?Thanks

Will be sent to the DP least recently used. In practice, round-robin.

The following factors determine the hunt order on a dial-peer:
1) Longest match
2) Preference
3) Random selection
So, if you have multiple dial peers with the same destination pattern and do not specify a preference, the dial peer match is random.
