i would stick with 5.1 rather than 6.0 (give it a few months for atleast a few SRs to come out.
5.x and 6.x are linux platforms. To upgrade from 4.x to 5 or 6, you need a minimum of 72 gb harddrives. There is a windows to linux upgrade procedure. This link will help for that.
