Campus Manager 4.0.5 problem Campus Data Collection result report

Hi Everyone , I've got LMS 2.5.1 with CM 4.0.5. If I try to view the report of Campus Data Collection I get "An error occured in generating Discovery Details report. Unable to load properties from server. Please try after sometime."

we're trying to find out why the Device Discovery is 1250 devices and the Campus Data Collection is 1284 devices. We think they should be equal. Can anyone help with this? We've seen patches to CM 4.0.7 but this needs LMS 2.6 and we think it's a chargeable upgrade.

AFAIK, LMS 2.6 upgrade is free to LMS 2.5 customers, at least if you have a CCO account with associated SMARTnet contract. It's downloadable here:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/lms26

Or, you can have the upgrade kit shipped to you using the Ordering Tool on cisco.com.

discovery sees the current devices in the network, whereas Data Collection is doing its job on all devices being in the Campus database - and these could also include devices which are not available anymore and have not been removed from the Campus db
