HI, [PLS RATE if HELPS]

Can you please post the output of "show module". If possible post the "show tech-support" output to wide-analysis.

For the ACTIVE NMP

WARNING: Power Supply 1 has failed 1 times.

WARNING: Power Supply 2 has failed 2 times.

TRY THIS: Capture the output of 'show system' and post the same.

WARNING: The Supervisor in slot 2 has changed from Active to Standby 1 times.

This may be due to redundancy failover or to the synchronization process of the

ACTIVE and STANDBY Supervisors.

TRY THIS: Ensure that the Supervisors are identical (i.e. same EARL, memory, and

uplink modules). If they are not, contact the necessary people to obtain the

correct configuration. If they are identical, the Supervisors are probably failing over. Determine if either of the Supervisors are faulty by examining the following commands while each Supervisor is active: 'show system', 'show module', 'show

test' and 'show config'.

WARNING: The log output indicates 5 exceptions.

It is a high-priority interrupt that cannot be disabled by another interrupt

operation. Fatal exceptions (which are exceptions where packets cannot be forwarded), are recorded on the NVRAM log.

TRY THIS: Reseat the Supervisor module and all the linecards. If there is a frequent

increase in the number of exceptions, open a service request with Cisco at TAC Service Request Tool.
