QPM as an enterprise Qos monitoring tool.

Has anyone gotten QPM running in a large production network and found real value with it to monitor QoS - latency, jitter, call quality, policing/shaping, overloading threshholds, etc - enterprise wide?

I've gone through the 1" thick tutorial twice and an still confused about how to get it up and running in our network.

Any thoughts are welcome.

I have this problem too.
