Hello,
I have a question in regards to registering a Nortel phone (1140E) with CCM v4.2(3). I haven't been able to find any information on doing this (in the 4.2(3) CCM Administration Guide) or in this forum...
Is this possible? And if so, is a SIP trunk or Call Manager Express required?

SIP Endpoints are not supported in CM 4.X track, you will need 5.X/6.X, or CME 3.4+.
However, I am not sure if Nortel SIP endpoint will work :-(

Is this Nortel phone a SIP device or a Nortel proprietary Unistim device. Many of the early Nortel where the later and they will only work with Nortel's own softswitch CS2K
