Hello,
I have an issue mentioned below:
The Issue: Our Call Manager is located in one location, and there are over 300 phones in another location that get their call signal from the Call
Manager .
During times of heavy traffic on the WAN line, call setup and tear down by the Call Manager are delayed up to 10 seconds.
I would like to know the cause behind this

Since this is happening during high congestion times the issue lies lack of QoS or misconfigured QoS.
What is the WAN connection transport?
Do you have any QoS on it? If so, can you please post the config here?
