TimeWarner Fiber connection

I'm having an issue with a customer who just upgraded their TimeWarner service to a fiber 10Meg connection. Interfaces are set to AUTO however, the speed is less than 1 meg. When we plug a laptop into the TimeWarner, it's 10meg speed. We plug the PIX into the old TimeWarner cablemodem, it's fast.

<<UPDATE>> Working with TimeWarner tech, we both have set the interfaces to like speed/duplex without any results.

<<UPDATE>> CUSTOMER had issues -- DISREGARD :) Just when you think you asked enough questions, they forget a couple things.

The fiber interface has a fixed speed and does not support duplex, but you can set the interface to negotiate link parameters (the default) or not to negotiate. Refer URL
