Hi guys, please advise where can I find or what is the best cisco AS5300 management and billing software?

I want to connect few callshops to my AS5300 and also do litle carier to carrier busines, wich free or easy to find Radius server or software is best for this purpose? I need to be able to config and mange the AS5300 and also be able to fully bill clients, and carriers, inbound outbout. I saw "porta-one" its a commercial version seems to be realy expensive, now I'm looking ffor some cheaper, or open source. with same options. Please advise.
