Hi,

I have a situation where MoH unable to playout for some reason when call coming from outside call to IP Phone. After I remove the MoH wav file and multicast and reapply to the router config, the MoH is working again.

External call --> ISDN PRI --> CCM (CTI RP) --> User Agent on hold (External caller unable to hear MoH)

Any suggestion where the problem is?

Thanks

kong,

The best way to do this is to create a common profile for User Hold and Network Hold after you create the MOH audio source (which you have already done.) I believe that you can BAT the common profile in to all the phones in your network, this will take care of User Hold. To change network hold, you should change your Voicemail Ports in CM so that they refer to the new commond profile. So, if you have 16 or maybe 96 ports for voicemail, all of them should reference the new common profile. I believe you can BAT that as well. This change will fix the on-hold music played diring call transfers.
