Video calls on CCM 4.1(3)

Could someone tell me how can I do to register Cisco IP Phone 7985 G on the CCM 4.1(3) (That phone type doesn't currently exist on that CCM version)? How can I do to allow video calls on the CCM 4.1(3) ?

Whenever you go to the Add New Phone List and the IP Phone Model is not shown, this means that the version of CCM that you are running does not yet support this Device-Type. In this case, support for the 7985 was not added until CCM 4.1.(3)SR1. So you must install the SR/Device Pak to add this model to the list of supported devices. Whenever a new IP Phone model is released that you want to start using this is usually what is required.

I think CCM 4.1.3 is now at SR5d, so have a look at changing to the latest Service Release (SR), this will add support for the 7985 as well as hundreds of Bug Fixes.
