I'am having a strange problem with my Ip telephony, when a caller call to my call center. the call center agent can hear the caller but the caller doesnt hear anything, after few minutes the agent get linked to another agent in our network (in a diffrent subnet-another call center) they both can hear each other and they both can hear the original caller waiting on the line.
my setup is a blade voice with PRI lines in a 6513 catalyst switch.
the whole telephony infrastrucure is handled and managed by an external phone company, i asked them to check from their side but they think its network related.
any idea of what can i do with that.
