Turning light in a CallCenter when queue is overloaded

May I genarate an alarm (i.e. turning light) when there are too many calls in the queue?

Hi Peter,

In the market, you get a instrument which flashes and makes a alarm sound which can be connected to an analog line.

This analog line can be connected to ATA box and can be assigned a extension which the IPCC Scripts can send the call to.
