CAR of a specific option on AA

Hi,

I have CCM 4. I dont have CAR isntalled.

What I am looking for is to see how many times a specific option was selected at automated attendant.

Would somehow CAR would be capable of doing that?

I guess it has to be done through Unity reports rather than in CAR.

For how long does Unity Report keep record?

I would think 5 days or so.
