We have just placed a telephone outside our security shanty for people to call security if no one is present. We want the phone to dial one extension when the handset is offhook. No other calling capabilities can exist. How would I go about configuring this? I believe it to be a necessity to create a new CSS for security, and assign that CSS to the external telephone, but I am not certain. Any advice and pointers would be most appreciated.
