What is the significance of command "no scheduler allocate"

Thanks.

Router allocates CPU time for various processes depending on whether it's high or low priority etc.

'no scheduler allocate' should be the default configuration in most IOS versions. Unless you have a valid reason do not try to reallocate the processor resources.
