Hi

You need to configure cryptocard as Radius Token server in external user database.

Following link can give you information on how to configure token server in ACS:

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/access/acs_soft/csacs4nt/acs41/user/usrdb.htm#wp356090

Would like you to see following link though which refers that crypto card is not tested with latest version of ACS:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/secursw/ps2086/products_device_support_table09186a00807144e4.html#wp27457

Hope this helps.
