Agent Desktop auto login

Hi all

Any one know how to:

- Agent Desktop auto login (user don't need to type user/pass)

- Agent Desktop auto login after failure or network problem (by default, when have problem, all agent is logout)

- Agent will have state ready after login

What do you think when talk about security?

Do you know that each person in contact center have one computer?

You think auto login, auto reconnect is unsecure??

I think auto login and auto reconnect is important function of contact center
