In Local area connection property there are IPV6 enabled.
Disable that.
It will be stop. RUN purely on IPV4.

Your answer is not clear for me !
What I have to stop ?
My problem is that when You install a PC with windows Vista on a IPV4 LAN ,this Pc is sending more than 2000 IPv6 packets/sec over the LAN (ICMPv6 Multicast listener Report Message V2).
How can I stop this ???
What can I configured on the cisco router to stop this ??

I can only offer a suggestion for the 3750 and that is configuring MLD snooping in order to control the flood

As for the 2950 and 2970, they don't have IPv6 support so in general, you recommend disabling the service in the Vista machines as its the root of the problem.
