When I create a report by 60 minutes interval I get only one entrie from start time to end time, the hourly intervals are missing. I have 4.0(5.4) cliente version.
Anyone has experienced this behaviour?

when you run the report and go to the "detailed" tab, you need to choose either 60 min or 30 min intervals instead of "Entire report range" Then choose another filter if you want also.
My guess is an interval length was not chosen.

I have got the same problem. It does not matter whether ypu choose 30 minutes or 60 minutes, the output always be one. That is for entire report period. No hourly or 30 minutes report.
Have you fixed your problem?
Thanks.

To answer my own question, a Cisco bug found for this problem. Bug is CSCsj74278. This problem happens after upgrade CRS 4.0(5) to 4.0(5)SR1.
A Cisco Engineering Specialist solution was developed for this problem and may need to log a TAC case to get it.
