Cisco Aironet 1200 Series and Wireless Print Server

Hello all, here is my situation. We have several Aironets throughout our org working great. I bought a Linksys WPSM54G, configured it, but it will not get an ip. This log appears every minute. Does anyone have any advice?

Also, we are using WPA-PSK\TKIP.

What Aironets are you using? IOS or VxWorks?

What log is the auth failure showing up in; AP or Linksys?

Is the PSK configured correctly on the Linksys?

Is there any MAC or backend user authentication going on too?

Lots of questions, no too many answers.
